By using Smoov you agree to these terms.

The service

Smoov generates AI suggestions for messages and dates. Suggestions are for your discretion — you are responsible for what you choose to send. AI output may be inaccurate or inappropriate; use good judgment.

Acceptable use

Do not use Smoov to harass, deceive, or harm others, or for anything unlawful. Do not submit content involving minors or non‑consensual material.

Subscriptions

Smoov offers auto‑renewable subscriptions (weekly, monthly, yearly). Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the period. Manage or cancel in your Apple ID settings.

Disclaimer

Smoov is provided "as is" without warranties. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for outcomes resulting from use of the suggestions.

Changes

We may update these terms; continued use means acceptance.
